SOCIAL ARTS PROGRAMS
Project 38 The arts center runs a one day camps and workshops that address social interaction, peer-influence and coping skills. who experience loss through death, tragedy, and or violence. Project 38 is a social arts program for children to creatively express their grief with license social workers, clinicians, and artist. The arts center partners with social service agency.
RED: runs 8 week visual arts anger management programs for adolescent to help reduce anger outburst and manage anger.
BLUE: runs 8 weeks drama class to address poor self-esteem and image within in girls. Programs is for adolescent girls to help with coping skills in bullying, poor social interaction.
ORANGE runs 8 weeks music and rap groups to help youth with positive peer-interaction. The program foster youth to have healthy friendships by expressing their feelings through music, spoken word, or rap.
